Action 5: Implementation of the LAP

Use of the tool's "best practices" / exchange of experiences. Elaboration of necessary studies and preparatory actions for the implementation of SWM practices and measures. Suggestions / reactions / evaluation to reactions, concerning the LAP implementation measures. Implementation of actual measures, where applicable. Establishment of a monitoring team to overview the implementation of LAP.
